The Task: Create a completely new campaign that will increase Miracle-Gro’s sales. The catch? Miracle-Gro sales are steadily decreasing with their current audience.

Solving the Puzzle: Since sales to the existing consumer audience are declining, my strategy taps into a “blue ocean”, or uncontested waters. This means effectively reaching a new audience that most likely doesn’t have any interest in gardening fertilizer…
